Delivery
Items are normally despatched by Hermes courier. Hermes is not a next day service, so allow around 5 days for delivery.
If you need faster delivery please contact us before ordering, it may be possible but extra charges will apply.
Orders over £30 are free delivery to UK otherwise a flat rate of £5.00 for UK mainland applies.

Returns
In most cases you may return the unused item if you Notify Us and obtains a returns authorisation, within 14 days of delivery to you. Normally you will pay the return postage.
Certain items are not normally returnable, including ropes cut to length, anything assembled by us specifically for you or items ordered from third parties specifically for you. However if you have an issue please contact us to try and resolve it. There are details in the Terms & Conditions. Your stautory rights are not impacted.
