Sandhopper solid tyre launching trolley. Designed with a flat profile to reduce sinking into sand by spreading the load, but often used on steep slipways, as found on the rivers and reservoirs, where the air in trolley tyres cause the trolley to float.

(and they are cheaper than pneumatic tyres, and don’t go down)
